Young Chow Fried Rice


For Meatballs:

  • 250 grams beef mince
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce dark.

For Chicken Marinade:

  • 250 grams boneless chicken chunks
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon regular oil.

For Scrambled Eggs:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yok
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch Ajinomoto.
