Ingredients:

  • Macaroni 1/2 packet
  • Chicken boneless cubes 300 grams
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 t.sp
  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 t.sp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 t.sp
  • Salt 1/2 t.sp
  • Chinese salt 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Siracha sauce 1tbsp
  • Sweet n sour sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Spring onion 1/4 cup
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp.

Optional:

  • Cheddar cheese 100 grams, I didn't use this but if you want to add then in the end add cheese and toss it well.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams boneless chicken cubes toss in 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup capsicum diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 3-4 stalks spring onion chopped
  • 1 t.sp ginger juliennes
  • 4-5 red button chilies
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Pineapple cubes 1/4 cup (Optional)
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp.


Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup white grape vinegar/ simple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Chinese salt 1 t.sp
  • Black pepper 1/4 t.sp
  • 1-1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 t.sp salt.

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Vinegar 2 t.sp
  • Mustard paste 1 t.sp
  • Garlic powder 1 t.sp
  • White pepper 1/2 t.sp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 t.sp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 t.sp
  • Salt 1 t.sp.


Coating:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 t.sp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 t.sp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 t.sp
  • Salt 1/2 t.sp
  • Corn flour 3 t.sp
  • Rice flour 4 t.sp
  • Baking powder 1/2 t.sp.


Water Coating:

  • Water
  • Mustard paste
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilly sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Sugar powder
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • White pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • All spices 1/4 t.sp.


Last Coating:

  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Chips 1-1/2 cup
  • Cornflakes 1-1/2 cup.


Mayo Sauce:

  • Chilli garlic sauce 1-1/2 t.sp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbsp.


Assemble:

  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Cheese slice.


Method:

  • First hammer the chicken then marinade with all ingredients for 3 hours..
  • Then coat in dry then dip in water coating then flour then water then flour then water in the end coat in last coating n deep fry..
  • Then assemble the burger. 


(For Jalepeno Sauce):
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Garlic minced 1/2 t.sp
  • Onion minced 1 t.sp

Method:

  • First soak chicken with water 1/2 cup and baking powder for 1/2 hour then drain and chopped this chicken with all ingredients.
  • Shape nuggets coat in dry flour then in egg then crumbs n fry.


  • Frozen french fries fried
  • Cheese Sauce made above
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozrella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Onion chopped
  • Olives
  • Capsicum chopped
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Garlic powder.

For Stir Fry:

  • 1 packet spaghetti boiled
  • 500 grams or 3 boneless breast filets
  • Cut into an inch

  •  1 packet Spaghetti or egg noodles whatever you prefer in boiled rice
  •  1-1/2 cups rice soaked and then boiled in salt water with whole spices
  •  1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  •  1 teaspoon whole white cumin
  •  1 teaspoon chicken powder
  •  2-3 green chillies chopped
  •  1 teaspoons ground white cumin
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Pinch white pepper
  •  3 tablespoons vinegar
  •  50 grams butter.

For Mayo Sauce:

  •  1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •  1 tablespoon cream cheese puck bottle
  •  3-4 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  •  1 teaspoon garlic powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  •  1 teaspoon chicken powder
  •  Salt to taste
  •  2 tablespoons chopped fried garlic
  •  1/2 cup water or more to adjust consistency Pinch roasted ground cumin.

For Chicken Curry:

  •  1/4 cup oil
  •  500 grams boneless chicken chunks
  •  1 capsicum chopped very finely
  •  2-3 stalks green onion chopped with white large onion chopped
  •  1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  •  2-3 green chillies chopped
  •  1/4 cup soy sauce
  •  1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  2 teaspoons black pepper black
  •  1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  •  1 teaspoon chicken powder
  •  1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  •  1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  •  1 tablespoon hot sauce
  •  Salt to taste
  •  Splash of water
  •  Cover and cook.

For Topping:

Chopped spring onion Fried garlic chips.

Method:

1-First prepare rice. Heat butter in a wok and sauté garlic then add in whole white cumin. Next add in vinegar salt pepper chicken powder ground cumin and green chillies. Now mix I'm boiled rice and stir fry. Set aside.

2-Whisk together ingredients for sauce and set aside.

3-For chicken curry heat oil in a wok add in chicken and cook till it turns white then add in garlic and onion, Once the onion turned transparent add 1 Capsicum green chillies and Spring onion. Now add in all the spices and sauces. Add a splash of water. Cover and cook till done.

4-To assemble spread rice in a larger serving dish drizzle some Mayo sauce then a layer of boiled spaghetti. Next add in some more Mayo sauce then a layer of chicken curry drizzle some more Mayo on top.

5-Finally sprinkle some Spring onion and garlic chips on top.


For Meatballs:

  • 250 grams beef mince
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce dark.

For Chicken Marinade:

  • 250 grams boneless chicken chunks
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon regular oil.

For Scrambled Eggs:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yok
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch Ajinomoto.

  • Sarsoun Oil ½ cup (is oil mai piyaaz 3 tbsp brown ker k nikaal len)
  • Adrak lehsan paste 2 tbsp
  • Zafraani garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Sabit dhaniya bhoon kar pees len 1 tbsp
  • Khash Khash bhoon kar pees len 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Dahi 2-3 tbsp
  • Haldi powder ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch ka paste ½ tsp
  • Kutti lal mirch ka paste ½ tsp
  • Zeera powder ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch ½ tsp
  • Pappita paste (for beef or mutton 2tbsp/for chicken 1tbsp)
  • Kebab cheeni powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp heap
  • Hari mirch paste ½ tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 1 tsp level.

Method:

Sub ko mila kar 4-5 hours rakhden phir BBQ karlen.

Note: Bihari kebab k liye meat ko strip ki shape mai cut krna hai AND agar chicken ki boneless boti se banaege tou thora zarda color add krlijiyega.

  • Prepared nihari masala 4 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cups
  • Salt 2 t.sp
  • Ghee 2 cup
  • Wheat 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 3 tbsp
  • Water 10-12 cups
  • Masala for nihari:
  • Cinnamon 1/4 cup
  • Black cardamom 10
  • Green cardamom 10
  • Cloves 10
  • Fennal seeds 1/2 cup
  • Poppy seeds 1/2 cup
  • Nutmeg 1/4 cup
  • Dried ginger 1/4 cup
  • Kachri powder 1/2 cup
  • Chana powder 1/4 cup
  • Chilli powder 1/2 cup
  • Grind all very well.

Method:

Heat ghee fry ginger garlic paste add meat, chilli powder, salt and nihari masala bhuno well by sprinkling little water.add 10-12 cups hot water cover and let it cook for an hour..mix flour and wheat together and make into a paste with water and add to the meat cook on very low flame for at least 2-3 hours..serve with finely sliced ginger, chopped green chillies, lemon, coriander leaves and tandoori naan.
